Cremation ServicesCremation Alternative

Cremation is an alternative to a traditional service. Cremation involves a process where the body is incinerated at a very high heat.

What You Can Expect

Once we receive notification of your loved ones passing, we will contact you to set up a time when the family can meet with the funeral director to discuss and plan.

At our initial meeting, we will need to gather some history regarding your loved one, such as:

  1. Social security number
  2. Date and location of birth
  3. Parents names and birth place
  4. Occupation,
  5. Veteran, Clubs and Organization data

Honor Your Loved One

Also, during this time, a decision will need to be made regarding what type of memorialization is desired.

There are many ways in which you can honor your loved one, including

  1. a public viewing of your loved one,
  2. a private viewing with a service,
  3. a private viewing with no service,
  4. a memorial service, or
  5. remains can be buried or returned to family

Many choose to purchase urns, keepsake urns and jewelry or leave the remains in utility urn.

*Please Note: #1, 2 and 3 require embalming.
